We hope you are happy with your Thomas Bates purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange it for any reason, please follow the instructions below.

STOCK ITEM RETURN POLICY

The following policy applies to items selected from available patterns and colors on our website:

Return due to Defect or Incorrect Item Shipped

If we have made a mistake on your order, or if the product you received is defective in any way, please return it to us for replacement or exchange, using the carrier of your choice. Include a copy of the original packing list indicating your preference for replacement, exchange or credit. We will refund you up to $5.95 in return shipping charges. If you choose a credit, we will refund you for the original shipping charges as well.

Returns For Other Reasons

If you change your mind, or find you are not happy with the product for any reason other than quality or our error on the original shipment, we will credit you for the cost of the product (not including shipping) as soon as it is returned to us.

CUSTOM ITEM RETURN POLICY

Items that have been custom made for you using your own logo or design are not returnable, unless there is a defect in the finished product. In that case, we will either remake the defective items at no charge, or credit you for the cost of the defective items. We will not credit you for non-defective custom items.
